Hi, I'm Wayne Hawkins, Licensed Funeral Director and General Manager of Hawkins Funeral Home. Like you, I am no stranger to personal loss. When I was very young, my younger brother Tommy passed away due to a freak accident. Our entire family was devastated by the loss. 
 
My Mom and Dad, Bob and Neva Hawkins, led the family out of one of the darkest times of our lives with their strong family values, giving us the spiritual guidance we needed so as not to become embittered by our loss. That's when I knew I wanted to help other grieving families at their time of greatest need.

Should you choose cremation or burial for your loved one's final arrangement, your loved one will never be disturbed. We have our own embalming, storage and cremation facilities on the premises here in the City of Sarasota. We do not hire out any aspect of our services. If you so desire, we will also explain your options in addition to simple cremation, such as having a memorial service or a Gathering of Friends. Your choice.
